By engaging AAA ABCO Termite & Pest Control for pest management services, using our website, or communicating with us via phone, email, or text message, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. - Description of Services
AAA ABCO Termite & Pest Control provides comprehensive residential and commercial pest control and extermination services throughout Long Island, including Suffolk and Nassau Counties, New York. Our services include:
Termite inspections, treatments, and warranties (utilizing advanced systems such as Termidor® and Trelona® ATBS® baiting and monitoring).
Rodent control (rats, mice, moles, and gophers).
General pest control (ants, cockroaches, crickets, mosquitoes, and other common pests).
Stinging pest removal (bees, wasps, yellow jackets, and hornets).
Quarterly and Tri-Annual maintenance service plans.
All services are performed by licensed technicians in compliance with applicable New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) regulations and industry standards. - Pricing and Payment Terms
Estimates: We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
Payment Due: Payment for one-time services is due upon completion of service. Maintenance plans (such as quarterly or tri-annual plans) are billed in accordance with the specific agreement executed at the time of enrollment.
Late Fees: Unpaid balances after thirty (30) days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by New York law) and collection costs. - Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Service Appointments: You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a trip charge or cancellation fee.
Maintenance Plans: Cancellation terms for recurring maintenance agreements are outlined in your specific service contract. You may cancel ongoing plans by providing written notice as stipulated in your agreement. - Warranty and Service Guarantees
Termite Warranties: Termite treatments and warranties are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and maintenance requirements set forth in your individual warranty certificate or service agreement.
General Pest Services: While we use industry-leading, EPA-registered, eco-friendly, and pet- and child-safe products, pest pressures can vary due to environmental factors. Callback services under warranty are provided in accordance with your specific service plan.
Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided herein or in writing by an authorized representative, all services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, AAA ABCO Termite & Pest Control, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, property damage, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with our services, website, or products. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages arising under these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. - User Conduct and Customer Responsibilities
Access and Safety: You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property for our technicians at scheduled service times. You must secure pets and advise us of any health sensitivities or special property conditions prior to treatment.
Preparation Instructions: You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment preparation instructions provided by our technicians or customer service team.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with our operations, submit fraudulent information, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. - Intellectual Property
